Recipe: Morning Beauty Tea

 

Glowing skin. Improved digestion. Gentle detox.

This morning tea is worth its weight in green. Moringa, a lesser-known tea, has powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory qualities. It’s also a strong source of iron and all 9 amino acids. Think of it as the love child of matcha and spirulina - powerful and potent.

 
 

Ingredients

1 tsp Green tea

1 tbsp Lime juice, freshly squeezed

10 Peppermint, fresh leaves

3 cups Purified hot water

1 tsp Moringa powder

how to prepare

  • Add moringa powder, green tea and peppermint leaves to your cup.

  • Top with hot water.

  • Infuse for 5 minutes, then strain. Let cool to your temperature preference.

  • Finally, add the lime juice and sweetener (if needed). Mix and enjoy.
